How long do your candles burn?

Our 12 oz. candles will give you at least 50 hours of burn time.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We would love to discuss a wholesale partnership. Please contact us to start that conversation.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Reiksy ships anywhere in the United States and its territories. You may experience longer delivery windows when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.

What are your shipping windows?

Order lead time is 2-5 days business days. Once your order is shipped out, it should arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders ship out from Saint Louis, Missouri.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you placed an order to an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, but Reiksy plans to expand internationally as soon as possible. Please sign up for our email newsletter for more information on those business updates!

I need my candles sent ASAP! Can you ship them overnight?

Please contact us for personal inquiries about rushed orders.

Can I return my candle order?

You may return your unused product(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer scent samples?

Not at the present time.

What is the life span of your candles?

Candle lifespans can vary depending on their ingredients. Since ours use clean ingredients, we highly recommend burning your Reiksy candle within 10-12 months of purchase for best results.

Do you create private label/custom scent orders?

No.

How strong are your scents?

We spent a lot of time researching and tweaking the ratio of our candle formulas to get the scent just right. If you feel our candles are too strong or weak, we’d love to hear your feedback! Please contact us to elaborate more.

What happens if I don’t like my candle scent?

If the scent is not what you expected or unpleasant for any reason, please contact us, and we will either process a refund or exchange your merchandise. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Reiksy purchase!

Are your candles clean?

Reiksy candles are 100% clean-burn and non-toxic! Our fragrances are naturally free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates. Cruelty-free and vegan.

Do I receive reiki each time I burn my candle?

Yes! Our candles are infused with reiki-healing energy to help invigorate and revitalize your mind, body, and soul with every use.
